Check the screen and write down the exact error code or message. It helps diagnose the issue quickly.
Ensure the water tap is fully open and the water hose is not bent, blocked, or kinked.
Confirm every part is correctly reattached, locked, and seated after cleaning.
Make sure the storage bin spouts are pointing downward and properly aligned.
Verify the mixing cup is firmly clamped on both sides and secured in its position.
Disconnect the machine for 5 seconds and plug it back in to reset the system.
